Now then, first and foremost, a very happy birthday to Miss Kalloway. Because I are Dorkmeister who didn't plan even when I knew it was coming, I can only offer one of these: something off your wishlist (Amazon or whatever other place you might shop at), fic (though don't think we're currently running in the same circles), or web design/construction services (graphics, layout work, application installation, etc). And also feel free to beat me with wet noodle for being so horrible mismanaged.

finish yuriville site- Redo frontpage for Y.org and link to new stuff, hosted sites, and label defunct sites as such
recode counter script for xhtml compliance, or something close to it- finish web jewels
- find decent images to make a few more wallpapers
- find something new to add to Bryony
- Somewhere in all that, finish CoM and work on Reverse/Rebirth
Anything in bold means I'm seeking help. For the wallpapers, if anyone knows some good/decent image galleries, send the links over. For that other one, just any idea on something to add over at Bryony, (least until I can find some help for the tarot divination).
Kit, you can go ahead and email me those Opera caps, but honestly, I don't code for that browser. (And the fact that it broke when the other three didn't proves it's extremely buggy, IMO.) Last I checked, latest version was 7.5 or something. But I don't like that browser one bit. Really, the idea of paying for something you can get practically anywhere else for free, just to remove a banner. It reminds me of those "free ISP" days.
Sharachan, sorry, I meant to reply awhile ago, and just let it slip. If you want an idea for something to send me, you can try my current "ToGet" manga/anime list: The List. Or to make it easy, just pick an online anime/manga store and do the gift certificate bit. I'm really not picky at all.
The Paint Shop Pro list I'm on isn't moving. I may have to find another one. Speaking of PSP, I've collected quite a few things, tubes, gradients, etc. If anyone's interested, I'll find a spot somewhere to upload them so you can have a looksee.

So, when I want some self professed fanfic expert's advice on what pairings I should write and how I should write them, I'll bloody well beat their opinion out of them.
Fanfiction can be summed up really in one word: fantasy. It's all fantasy, that of the writer's. Whatever the writer has imagined and commited to paper/file/whatever is from said fantasy. If their reason for writing is a noble one, (that is, writing for pleasure and not praise and glory), then leave them be, please. Sure, not every reader will like it. I don't like everything I read, but someone enjoys it, so let them without having to hear what is so wrong with it.
What's wrong with it is one's perception just couldn't handle it, that's all.

Found out mom's bf is the victim of identity theft. It's annoying, not so much that it happened, but him going off the deep end, ranting like a lunatic, saying who he's going to kill, et cetera. Dude, calm the fuck down and just go take care of it. Yes, you can be mad, but handle the business in a somewhat sane manner. Youw ant to rant and bitch, go get a blournal or something.

On a somewhat unrelated note, imagine my surprise when, after listing it as an interest, nobody else likes "mad butt-monkey sex" on LJ. Before anyone mentions bestiality, I said "butt-monkey" not "monkey butt." Obvious distiction. /^0^\
